Born and raised in New Jersey, Michal (Mike) Domogala and his wife Jennifer moved to Westfield in 2015 from Hoboken NJ and in 2016 happily welcomed their first child followed by twins three years later. He is an avid proponent of being environmentally conscience, and as an Eagle Scout himself, continues to be a supporter of Scouting. 

Mike believes everyone in their community deserves to be heard, differences are opportunities and that compromise only comes about through honest and transparent discussion. Mike believes representing the constituents of Ward 3 and the views they hold on Westfield affairs would be an honor.

Mike is a finance professional currently working for Jefferies Financial as the U.S. Lead of Electronic Trading Risk. He's actively worked in finance since graduating from New York University and has held positions across trading, compliance, technology and risk with coverage of global regions in equities and fixed income. He applies critical and sensible decision making to these undertakings utilizing regulatory and markets knowledge to produce successful results on both individual and team projects. 

Mike is a proponent of the team mentality stemming from his time competing in track and field at Christian Brothers Academy and NYU.
